Seeking professional individual to fill room. Just me as your other roommate. Own bathroom, walk-in closet, washer and dryer. Located 30 seconds from all major gyms and Whole Foods on 30th and Pearl. Rent is 1025 plus utilities. PM me for more information.

Not the just built apartments. These are the original ones built about 5 years ago located in the Steelyards (and as far as I can tell, it's the cheapest place in the Steelyards).

Would be willing to consider a couple as well.

The Steelyards isn't dirtbag living, that's for sure.

Small backyard as well. Climber preferred. Everyone in Boulder is an engineer, doctor, PhD student, attorney, entrepreneur, or trustafarian. 1025 a month isn't that crazy.

FYI, I am not the landlord, just a renter. The monthly rent is 2050 so there ain't no hustle happening.

I'm sure I'll be splitting a place with someone. As there is no way I'd be able to afford it I'm no dr. Or lawyer, just a tig welder lol. And I wouldn't mind be outside of boulder or denver I'm not a big city guy at all. But thanks for the input everyone!

I just moved here yesterday and found a nice spot in south boulder for 700 a month. I found cheaper but it would have been living with a bunch of college bros. I opted to pick the climber friendly house. Good luck
