Eldorado springs sublease

Hi all,

I'm headed out for the winter, and am looking for someone to sublet my apartment in Eldorado Springs, south side of the canyon, way up the hill behind the Art Center.

I'll be gone Dec. 1 through March 1. Rent is cheap, and the place is pretty sweet. One bedroom apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Dog friendly. Depending on the weather, there can be really good climbing days during those months, but sometimes not. The Fowler Trail ends right up the hill in the backyard, and skiing up there is pretty sweet when climbing isn't happening.

Hi Tommy,
I just texted you about your sublease. Is it still available? I am moving back to Boulder start of November but I can crash with friends for a bit. I do have one dog a well behaved lab. I am familiar with the area and grew up in Evergreen. I would prefer to not be right in town and what better place than Eldo?! I am clean, do not smoke and travel light!
