So this surveys goal is to develop a database that I can use to teach aspiring climbers about the common injuries that occur as well as how to prevent them. It only take about five minutes (max) and is for a good cause.

Your survey needs some work. You have set up the questions relating to a single incident injuring a single body part, but you're asking about all injuries over the course of a lifetime.

Also keep in mind that without a representative sampling strategy, all you're really collecting are anecdotes.

I don't think he's doing a scientific study, so anecdotal evidence is totally fine. At least this way new climbers are getting anecdotes from hundreds of people, rather than just one.

And if you have multiple injuries that you could report on, just take the survey more than once. Take it in private browsing mode, and exit and reopen the private browsing window to take it again.

Em Cos, thank you for the critique. This research isn't a scientific analysis of the injuries but rather an attempt to see what individual climbers view as their injuries. It is truly just a a qualitative look at injuries from a broad pool of climbers in the hopes of finding trends that may lead to further more detailed approaches. Thanks for taking the quiz and providing your response!
