Seriously, I clicked through it without waiting for any of the pictures to load, and it is 124 of the exact same question that you already answered. I wonder how skewed the results will be since every single one of my 124 answers is left;)

I answered the truth until 21% of the test was over and now I have no more motivation to finish it. Isnt the question with all the girl out there enough? I am going to pick whichever girl looks more like the girl I picked when they were all in a line. Plus I have having trouble guessing their personalities from the pictures :)

The pictures do change gradually and subtly.
I tell you what, if I win that Amazon gift certificate I will feel like I earned it.

Also, if you had a question like which of these women would you sleep with I could have checked D: All of the above.

Seriously, though, most of those comparisons, on the girl's survey at least, were basically the same. I can't pick which girl is closer to my ideal because I don't care. They are functionally the same for me. Do guys care about this? I'm seriously curious. All of those forms were girls in relatively good shape. Does the average guy actually care if you can see lateral division only in abs vs. four abs visible?

+1. Parts of the survey were too long and tedious. Hopes the survey helps your research in a significant way.

There were outliers for sure, really very muscled and some very emaciated. I picked the girls that looked like girls. Smooth round muscles no sinewy, over built, or skinny models. And yes I do think about that kind of stuff when assessing female attractiveness.

I also noticed that the test is not about climbers it's about eating disorders dysmorphia, denial and homosexuality/homophobia. For instance I wonder how many young men will answer that they like the size one woman, are only attracted to women, and then strongly prefer extremely athletic physiques not realizing that extreme athleticism is a masculine trait.

wow, that was long. suggest you break the gift certificate into 4 $25 certificates.

that was some tedious bs, but i did it.

I am wondering if that survey is secretly a psychology survey. At what point does a normal person give up? I made it about 10 deep until I realized how many there were and how ridiculous it is. Can't I just say I like tall skinny women but don't want to see bones?

I am one of the most patient people I know...and many people say that about me independently.

But I maxed out at #62. I hoped that there would be some change in the question, and looking at the pictures, like Alicia, I found myself not caring.

Don't put expectations of 30 minutes duration for something that is going to take 60 or more.

I've taking enough psych and education courses to hope that you're more accurate in your expectation-setting outside this survey.

I for one don't care nearly as much about how a girl looks as who she is, but at times I do stop and reflect and analyze the physical appearance of women I am interested in. And it mostly comes down to does she look like a women, does she look healthy/fit. When a women gets to skinny it gets really unattractive fast, to big same thing. What i found interesting is visually I thought the women with the smooth bodies looks the most attractive but at the same time some times I would pick the one that was a little more muscled because she looked like should could climb harder.

After all of the left or right girl questions there was some interesting questions about the reason why you exercise and eat the way you do. That was interesting, made me stop and thing. And it mostly came down to I want to climb hard.

Actually the survey is just a cover to see how many pages on MP people can complain about a voluntary act.

Amy when you say partner, do you mean someone I wish to climb with or someone I wish to have sex with? Also, I found the survey to be longer than 30 minutes and did not finish it. Good luck with your research.

I filled out the female one for fun because I am a guy who likes women... your survey is now invalid.

too boring to complete. reminds me of the reason that psych majors come out $100k in the hole and end up working at coffee shops.

I totally think that's reasonable. Of course physical form is part of attraction. I admittedly didn't get terribly far into the left/right questions but they all looked basically the same to me (apparently the outliers come later). I was more asking does the difference between fit (two abs visible but trim) and very fit (six pack) really matter to guys; because to me, it didn't. No judgment if it does, either. People like what they like.

It's kind of a moot question anyway because apparently the survey diverges more in its choices if you just hang in there. I just wasn't interested enough to do so.

I actually wonder if there is a correlation between females that will spend significant time judging what body is more "ideal" for females and body image disorders. I imagine the exercise would be more engaging or even a trigger if you are predisposed to disordered thinking in that space.

I also had the same question a few images in. I assumed it is the former. If not, my choices might be a bit off.
