Blacksmith Fork Canyon closed?

Planning a trip up to Blacksmith Fork Canyon/Hardware wall this weekend 9/26-27/15. Is the area still open and climbing accessible? Read there's a gate that gets closed and it looks like most of the campgrounds are closed. Found a forest service document online dated 9/15 saying the roads are open but just wanted to double check before driving up from SLC. Thanks.
