RACK ENVY

rack
An older, former climber gave me his old stuff recently, which included some super tiny aid nuts, Russian super light ice screws, and ancient biners. Tricams and screws not shown. Have already used some of it. |

Sometimes I think the reason that I took up trad was so I could buy all the shiny gear. |

getting the gear all lined up for the weekend, the rack doesn't come out much during the fall. |

I think this is everything other than the gym grigri/harness, many more shoes, ropes, miscellaneous webbing and cordage. |

gavinsmith wrote: try as I might, I cannot trust the damn things.try aiding on them. from pink and up, they're totally bomber, as long as you have a good placement and good rock. I once placed a really bad tri-cam in a blown out pinscar while pratice aiding and I bounced tested it for a solid 10 min trying to make it pop cause I knew it was a bad placement. It refused to pop. |

Yep not to stir up the debate but a bomber tri-cam is...well the bomb. I love them and might even place them more than nuts. |
