Potentially Moving to Mammoth (any opinions?)
|
We just spent a bit of time in Mammoth and loved the town. We are currently living in L.A. And have always been dying to move to a less populace area on the eastside but since we have two kids we must have potential work. |

I don't live there, but I like Mammoth. I wouldn't want to live and drive in the snow, though. |

The snow isn't as bad as the 405 and it is far less dangerous! |

They sent out an email about a month ago and were looking for a ton of positions for the upcoming season. I think they had openings in the child care center and the facilities department. Good luck with your move. |

i lived there for years, i loved it. |

Everything is overpriced from gas to housing. Kinda yuppy-ish but a beautiful area for sure. Good luck finding a well-paying job, and it's a good thing you're wifed up because single women are hard to come by. Bishop has a cooler local scene but jobs are probably even harder to come by. Best of luck on the move! |
