I live in WA state but grew up in Clarksville. Havent been back in 8 years so will be flying back for 2 weeks in mid/late October and I want to climb for a few days at Foster Falls. Anyone in the Clarksville or Nashville area down to make a trip. Or is there anyone in Chattanooga who would be down to put me up or let me caamp in the yard and also go climb? I sport lead .12a and trad lead Eldo 5.9. Boulder about V6ish. Been climbing for 7 years, work in the industry, have first aid training and will be starting training for my AMGA rock instructor cert so I'm safe and knowledgeable.

Hello!!

I live in Smyrna, TN, just south of Nashville and I have climbed Foster falls a few times. I have an apartment there and you can totally crash there if you like or we could just camp out at the falls, whichever you prefer (Apartment is clean and safe I promise). It's about an hour and 20 minutes from my apartment to Foster's. I've been climbing for about 2 years and i can usually handle some 5.11's. As far as gear I only have shoes and a harness cause I'm a broke 22 year old musician but I'm experienced enough. And I won't be a jerk. Let me know if you're interested. Hope to hear from you!

If you head east around the Knoxville area let me know. Clarksville is just a little to far for me.

Hey Nathan. I am staying with friends in Clarksville so don't need a place to stay while I'm visiting, just a place for when I take a couple days to climb. I'm not sure whether or not I'll have access to a car and Im trying not to rent one so thats why I was hoping someone in the C-Ville Nashville area would be down to pick me up and then go climb. I can pay for gas. As far as the issue with gear goes though I wasnt planning on bringing a checked bag (just my 2 carry-on's) so I likely will not be bringing my rope and draws or pro...guess Im still deciding on that.

Hey Andrew Shoemaker--since my initial reply to your post I've dropped about 500 dollars on gear so i'm actually 100% set to go, rope, extra harness and all. You'll just need your shoes. And I can pick you up in clarksville no probs.
