Lions Head / Northern Bruce Peninsula

Hello all!
Does anyone have a guide service to recommend? We will be there 8/29-9/6/15. If not, do you have advice for a relative beginner interested in climbing (of course) or tips for a good reconnaissance mission? Cheers and thanks!

Also, what about belaying from the top rather than rapping into a hanging belay?
