Truth. Brent is da man. I had a chronically tight left forearm muscle that really affected my half/full crimp strength (weak middle & especially ring finger). I couldn't get it to relax w any trigger point massage techniques. A few needles later & they are as strong or stronger than the right arm. This was a few weeks ago & now I can do this:
Time tic, fish oil, and yes lots of raw garlic! It moves the bad shit out of your body and is perfect before and after climbing I have notice that two cloves before climbing acutlly will help with my endurance on pumpy routes( this is because garlic stimulates blood flow and dialates your veins and arteries) if you don't like the taste mixing it minced in some vinegar will nutrlelize the taste then just water it down a bit , add some cyenne pepper( which also helps circulation) and slug it back. Don't believe me try it!! Also lots of stretching before and after
And as for garlic pills I believe they are bullshit.. The stuff sits on a health food store shelf for months or years and has lost all the good properties
