sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/sp… "Found 8/7/15 in San Fran - Bought off a crackhead in Tenderloin. This was obviously stolen and I'm posting to get it back to the rightful owners. Contact for more information." Hopefully it gets back to the rightful owner... |

I just sent you an email via the Craigslist ad. I think I know whose gear that is. |

Not me who posted the CL ad, just passing info. Hopefully it helped! |

I saw a post in another forum on 8.2: bvj's gear was stolen in Mammoth between 7/29-7/31. |

Thanks Matt for sharing this! This is a portion of my partners rack stolen from our car a month ago. We made contact with the OP from CG. BIG THANKS to the awesome couple (J & R) who went out of their way to buy it and post it up! Pretty amazing! |

This makes me happy! Thanks Matt. |

Yep, confirmed. That gear belongs to Mash Alexander of Costa Rica, friend and shaman to myself and many others, and Yosemite Bigwall ace. Stolen during the weekend of the Grateful Dead shows in the city. A small miracle and job well done by the community, a bit of faith in humanity restored! |

My buddies van got stolen in san fran, gutted, and then left on the street. He is also missing all his climbing gear so keep a lookout! |
