Where do you stop for a beer after climbing. It doesn't have to be the best brews in town, what's a good convenient place near your climbing areas?

Lonesome Valley Brewing! (Prescott Valley, AZ) Being able to walk home from it is a bonus. What's funny is I am typing this at said brewery.

My favorite bar in the world is Mountain Sun in downtown Boulder. Great food and better beer. Really can't say enough good things about them. If you ever stop by after a long day make sure to get the nachos with chicken. You will not be disappointed.

I wish I lived close enough to stop for a beer after climbing but the 2 hr drive puts a damper on things. Being from Long Island I'd have to go with the Blue Point Toasted Lager. Looking forward to Acadia in a week to get some local brews up there!!! Cheers!

Fredericksburg Brewing Company when I want to ditch camp for a bit and have a luxury! Great menu selections with great food. They brew in house, and have multiple different beers to try. If you ever visit Enchanted Rock you will have to make a point to stop in for a beer and country fried steak. Only 20 minutes away from the state park. Fado in Austin for the meal on the way home. Genuine Irish pub... ask to try the "dirty hoe" - Guinness on top of a blonde. Makes me want to plan another trip just thinking about this.

Coal Creek Tap Room in Laramie, Gannett Grill in Lander, and a little partial to the Porcupine Pilsner at Moab brewery.

The truck. After that Ed's in Estes because it's surprisingly cheap, the dark horse or southern sun in Boulder.

Been to Mt Sun and Soutern Sun many times. It's hard to beat. What's a Karma Card? I used to go to Fredricksburg Brewing since it opened, back when they had emu on the menu. Another good one was the Altdorph where they had the best schnitzl, Spaten Optimator and Paulaner, don't know if they're still around. Great little town with a lot of history to see. Of course I'd agree Ed's is the best in Estes.
