Warning Access Issue: Falcon Nesting Closure at Castle Rock DetailsDrop down

Description Suggest change

Starts off with really easy climbing through some big huecos. This leads to a bouldery crux mantle to half-pad micro crimps at the second bolt.

PLEASE lead and rappel this climb. Top-roping and lowering, while technically possible, are murdering the soft rock on this one.

Bolted by Miles Holland, Devin Downes, and Rances Rodriguez.

Location Suggest change

In the middle of the Middle Tier. The line starts in some big huecos directly to the right of Secnar.

Protection Suggest change

4 or 5 bolts to a 2-bolt anchor.

Please rappel if you are able, and please do not top-rope - the falls are very safe, and leading/rapping will help prevent further rope scars from developing.
