Anyone looking to rent a basement room?

Seeing who is out there in the climbing community that is looking for a place to rent. We are looking for a respectful person to rent our basement, which is a two bed one bath with its own living space. Unfortunately there is no kitchen so we will share the upstairs kitchen. Also the laundry room is down there so we will be in and out. We are both climbers but on a one year break due to school.

We have a dog, Dyno, So there is potential for another dog. Pm me for more info and we can talk prices.
