New Knoxville bouldering?

I was reading the mercury article about the new gravity mountain biking trail today (the one knoxville won the grant for). The article mentioned a new bouldering area would be opening around the trail/park. They mentioned it was in the "Wood property." Anyone know anything about this? ...when it will be open, how much rock, etc. Thanks!

I must have over looked that in the article. I will go explore the Wood property one day this week and see whats up. Only climbing I know of currently is in Ijams.

It was written in a sidebar to the article. I'm eager to see what you find. Is the property part of the urban wilderness? I was wondering what trails run through there
