Are the TR anchors on Hanging Gardens bolted? Gear? Trees?

Bolted with Rap Rings. Access from the top is a bit interesting, but not terrible.

Last time I was there someone had tossed an engine block and dishwasher off the top with a ton of other garbage. Spent the day cleaning it up instead. Used some pulleys on trees to get my rope from the shite below to my Camry along the road to winch it up.

The winching exercise was just Monty Python-ish enough to attract the attention of the head maintenance guy from the school across the street. Once I explained what I was doing he went and got a pickup and hauled them off which was good because I really didn't have plan on what to do with them once I got them up.
