Is there ANY place to deep water solo in south dakota?

Yes, I realize I live in a state with no natural lakes, but surely someone knows some route near the black hills that has some semblance of soloing? Any info appreciated.

There's a clip of John Sherman 'solo bouldering' an overhanging rock on Horse Theif just past Mnt Rushmore.

Horsethief lake was recently drained, dredged and reconstructed. I don't know if the water level is back to its normal state but you might want to take that into consideration before you do any deep water soloing. With that said, Pactola Reservoir is at an all time high. You could probably get some soloing on that rocky formation with the American flag on top of it. All the kids love to jump off it so climbing to the top might be good for some kicks.
