There is a really fun crack boulder problem at Squirrel rocks.

Does anybody have info on the roof crack at mocanaqua aside from the fact that it's been aided but not freed? It looks hard but is it boulderable? Or is it too high? Anybody tried it?

Also, if anybody wants to go get on the thing that would also be a way of seeing what the deal is.

It's probably a little late for this, but my home crag in Perryopolis has a few beautiful cracks, but no one of any real talent has ever visited the area, so I've been trying to document this crag by myself. Anybody willing to come and help, please respond. It's not a huge crag or anything, but I'm afraid of over/underrating routes and problems. Like I said, plenty of cracks on this face, about 30 feet high were the best climbing is.

The particular crag that I'm talking about is in a community park luckily.

I think it is in NOW CLOSED Bellfonte Quarry in State College, PA. Climbed some seriously thin limestone face and finger cracks there one time. This looks like a long 5.7 lie back which is often photographed by tilting the camera to steepen the appearance of the pitch. Any thoughts?

Yes at Haycock I know of 2.

The first is to the immediate right of "Shredder (an official crack climb.)" I call it "Astro Girl V2" because it climbs similarly to "Astro Boy" from Gretna. It is a gap-between-the boulders-crack, wide at the bottom and small at the top. Sit start inside the offwidth, with hands on the sloping rail to the left. Use both walls to squeeze your way out and over, same top out as Shredder except both walls are on.

There is another one at Haycock, to the left of "The kind that goes ding." Starts low with a hand crack in the left facing corner. The crack closes to the size of a crimp seam and then opens again at the top. I havent sent this one and I don't know who has, feels to be in the V5.

Is this Jonah? If not, it’s an awesome OW with a small roof about a 20 minute hike from the Minister Creek Campground. Why isn’t this area more developed? Climbed 3 routes there this weekend.

Just happened upon this thread the day after climbing that offwidth opposite of Lavwelle Latte at the Library. Can’t find any info on the thing. Does anyone know the name and grade?

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
