I'm moving to bellingham in a few days and will be looking for a trad climbing partner. My hopes are to find someone to climb with in squamish and the washington area. Also getting up in the bugs would be amazing as well if I can find the right partner. I'm comfortable in the 5.9. to 5.10 range. I have a rope and rack, etc. PM if your interested.

I have been climbing in the Pacific Northwest for many years and am also looking for partners. I am a regular climber at Squamish and have visited the Bugs 4 or 5 times over the years. I have just returned from a couple of weeks at City of Rocks in Idaho and will probably be ready to head for the granite in a week or two.

I am presently leading 5.8/5.9 trad on multi-pitch and alpine routes

PMd, not sure if it was working or not when I sent it

PM sent, also looking for partners in the central WA area. I lead 5.10 comfortably, and would love to get out to Index and Darrington some more until Squamish stops burning.

I'll be visiting the Seattle area (I'll be moving out in August, to Arlington) this weekend if anyone wants to get some climbing in. (Saturday is best)
I'd like to explore Darrington or Index if possible, I will be renting a car so I could drive.

I'm a fairly new trad leader (about a dozen days out and 40 or so pitches since April), and won't have any trad gear but I'd be down to follow up to 5.8. Or if anyone could point me to some day hikes that would be great too. Just trying to get a feel for the climbing opportunities in the area, I sure am going to miss the convenience and short approach of the Gunks...

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
