slackliner badly injured after his line (or anchor?) fails

I'll let the slackers out there share this in the relevant websites/forums, if it's not out there already. The guy survived, so maybe there can be some useful follow-up discussion.

Surprised that there haven't been more slack line failure over the years.

Is there any more information on this? It doesn't sound like there was a backup line rigged.
