So I was curious was a standard NRG rack entails. I found one thread about the topic but it wasn't overly clear. So, If anyone frequents the area could let me know what a standard rack entails so i can see what I may need to beef up on my rack the advice would be appreciated

depends on what you are going to get on with what you will need. A standard rack at NRG would be just a .5-3 with a full set of nuts. This should get you through most routes pretty well protected

Alright. Seems I will be light in the smaller sizes but should have enough to get by. I have 1 blue met, doubles C4 .5 - 3, 3.5, and a set of nuts and a fair number of alpine draws

You should be fine on a lot of climbs- just depends on what you're doing and how easy you want to be on yourself. I did Party in My Mind with singles (00-3) and nuts and it took me 30 minutes. I came back did it again with doubles in the small stuff and it took 10 minutes, cams only.

Something like Burning Calves, however, goes easily with just nuts (and maybe a blue metolius).

If I have no info on a climb, I usually take doubles from .1-2, a 3, nuts (Peenuts, Alloy offsets, and some medium stoppers), and 10 draws or so. Usually you can see if you need wide stuff from the ground. I personally love rack recommendations for routes, but unfortunately the Admins deleted most of the NRG route comments. Now I just take everything most of the time.

I definitely not a Nelson or Goodman when it comes to gear here, but I feel like I've done a enough to know what to carry. My standard rack is below:

Nuts
Single silver and purple tcu and bd #2
Doubles of blue tcu to bd #1
Anything bigger depends on the route

Let me know if there are any routes you want to know about in particular.

I recall being very happy to have triples on more than a few climbs. Never climbed with every cam on my harness, just added the cams I needed.

Just bring some offset nuts

+1 - amazing pitch.

I'll echo the "kitchen sink" philosophy. Because of the varying requirements, it makes sense to carry a rack of doubles of most things besides the very biggest and the very smallest.

Seems the consensus is to bring the entire kitchen, though you all keep suggesting some smaller pro in regards to TCUs. As such, I'm not sure if my 1 blue met and .5 C4s with nuts is totally adequate but seems as it may fit the bill for the most part with some finagling on routes

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
