Can someone tell me the descent for zoo view? The guidebook doesn't say if it's a rappel, double rope rappel, or walkoff.

walk cliff line right about 25 yards to find a climbers trail going down hill slightly. It will open up and you'll find a gnarled old pine on a large ledge system, below that pine is a two bolt rap station. ( be careful getting to these anchors, long personal or tie in might be safer than just leaning over and clipping in) this rap will take you to the crows nest with one 60m rope. Gingerly pull the rope because it tends to get stuck about 5-7m off the crow nest. Then another rap off the crows nest boulder will land you back on the deck.

More specifically, there is another bolted rap station at the left end of the Crow's Nest ledge, left of the boulder as you're facing the rock. Cross your fingers that some halfwit isn't using this rap station to belay their partner leading Zoo View.

Unless I'm just losing my marbles, yes, it is a new development replacing the slung boulder. Or maybe I'm just remembering wrong . . .

Was just there last weekend and the rap stations are the same as they've always been. Bolts for the upper rap, then cables around boulders (where a tree used to exist) on the bottom rap.

Webbing was just updated to cables for the second rap. Other than that, no changes. 60m does the job just watch your ends on the first rap.

I knew something was different. Thanks for the clarification.

60 will get you to the crow's nest, just barely, watch your ends

If you're a petite girl (or boy), a 60m won't get you all the way down to Crow's. You'll end up a few feet short.

To elaborate on the first rap:

If your ropes come up a little short on crow's nest, don't worry, it's a huge ledge below and a very easy downclimb - probably safer than scrambling down to the anchor bolts above.

Done the rap about 1000 times. Walk climbers 1 oclock for about 20 ft, turn right through the thorn bush towards the sun. Downclimb/scramble 2nd class for 20 ft to a rap anchor. 60m rope stretcher to the crows nest - no problem to downclimb, just watch the ends. Walk 10ft back to the 'many easy variations of historic interest' and rap down to the ground. Maybe a 20m rap on the second go. You likely belayed from near here on the way up.

Yell and wait before throwing both ropes - heavy traffic area.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
