Just curious, how are they as light approach shoes?

I have a pair of these and think they're good, mmmmmmmmmmmm, they're good. Daumn. Mmmmmm. Yeah, baby. I slip them onto my feet before bed and have a quick cigarette and pass right out. One time I was climbing this really sandbagged VB (that's a B, not an 8) and they we're like glue. I call them my Sticky Ickys. I forgot my shoes once on a night out and they did me well at the whiskey bar. It was dark tho. Overalls, they look fly. And that's what's importnats. They also work great for shuffleboard.

looks like I left my MP open at work again...

I actually do have a pair of these and would give them a solid 7/10. They're definitely comfortable and look good enough to wear in town but don't have quite enough support for longer approaches. Climbing wise, they're ok, but not stiff enough to edge well. The rubber is durable, but mine is pretty beat up after 6 months. I also find the toe box was a bit wider than other sportiva's I've had. They're good for light approaches, but not amazing beyond that.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
