After reading Mark Anderson's "Bubble" blog post: rockclimberstrainingmanual.…

I decided to give it a try. Now, I either have a bubble or a Dexter kill room, either way, very useful....

What did this rig cost you? I just invested in a fan yesterday, but the Arkansas humidity and heat are threatening my workouts!

The roll of plastic was like $25, I had staples and nails. Key is to make the area you need to cool as small as possible, then you get cooler temps and less humidity.

What temperature can you get your bubble down to?

The other day it was 85 outside and over 90 in my garage before I turned the AC on. After about an hour or so, it was under 80 and got down to 75 by the time I was ready to hangboard. I think if I pulled the plastic in a little bit and made the "bubble" smaller, I could get down close to 70.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
