I am in Railay now through the 15th of March and will have a couple days for climbing. I've been climbing a long time but never in Thailand and would love to get on the rocks. Let me know if you want to meet up.

I'll be in the Krabi/Railay area from December 22nd to December 29th, I have 20 plus years of climbing experience and will be bringing my harness, belay device and some draws and runners, but no rope. If anyone is going to be in the area and wants to climb together that would be awesome!

Hi everyone, i'll be travelling solo in Chiang Mai second week of June 2016. I will only bring my harness and shoes. I would like to partner up with climbers instead of paying for a tour guide.

I will be in Railay/Tonsai next week, flying in on April 22nd and leaving on the 26th. My partner suddenly can't make it. Anyone looking to climb?

I can bring a rope and draws, just need a safe and fun partner. Looking to climb 6's (5.10's and 5.11's).

PLANNING A VISIT TO CRAZY HORSE BUTTRESS IN CHIANG MAI

Are you visiting Chiang Mai up in Northern Thailand and a 7a-7b (5.11d-5.12b) climber? A bunch of my usual training partners are out of commission or traveling. There are 150+ high quality, well bolted, beautiful limestone sport routes at Crazy Horse Buttress, less than one hour motorbike drive from the city of Chiang Mai. I live here and have rope and draws.

Recently, I've become pretty serious about my training/progression and how I spend my time at the crag. I'm lacking available partners willing to get out during the week though, because most friends work. Time to hook up with some strong traveling climbers during the week! I try to go on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

Usually this is how a day at Crazy Horse goes: - Meet at the crag parking lot at 8:30am (45 minutes motorbike drive from Chiang Mai city) - Warm up on one or two 6a/6b (5.10a-d)) - Normal target routes between 6c to 7a (5.11b/c/d) - Like to project: 7a+ to 7b+ (5.12a-5.12c); I can follow you up to this level with a few hangs - Climb fast and efficient moderate routes: 8-10 times within 6 hours (sometimes lap a climb); or 4-5 hard pitches; finish up around 3-4pm **

PLEASE: be able to COMFORTABLY lead climb at least 6c+ (5.11c) ** I prefer to climb 1:1, rather than odd numbers, to get in target volume of training/climbs If this sounds like a good match, get in contact with your level and contact info. UPDATE: Apologies if I don't respond to all requests for partners. I've recently been getting a lot of messages from traveling climbers and may already have a partner lined up. But, if I know of another person that is still looking for a partner, I will try to get you two in touch.. :) Cheers, Danny

Live in Chiang Mai and considering a trip down to TONSAI in Mid-JULY or Early AUGUST 2016

Would be interested in finding a partner who climbs around the same range 6c-7a+ (5.11's up to 12a)

Could possibly bring my 60m rope + 15 draws...

Shoot me a message and let's see if we match up!

Hey Danny and anyone else who may be reading this. I'm heading to Krabi July 16 17 and 18 with a desire to climb as much as possible. I climb a lot in the states and can lead routes or follow them. If anyone there climbs or knows someone to connect me with, I would be most grateful! Thanks to all.

Hey,

I'll be flying into Phuket August 13th, will be in Thailand through to the 27th. I'd like to stay in the Tonsai/Krabi area because I'm flying out of Phuket. I climb up to 12.a sport and v6 bouldering. Hit me up.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
