Go pro mountain games questions

Hey all, just wondering if it costs anything to go to the mountain games in vail? Would love to go but would like to know what I have to throw down to attend and do it right. Any beta is appreciated. Thanks.

Been free to attend in the past. If you spend the night in vail, prepare to fork out a lot of cash though.

All the events are free. Pretty damn fun, and the water level is looking high, which makes all the creek events entertaining.

There's camping south of Minturn. Also check out vailonsale.com for good last-minute cheap(er) bookings.

They are really fun to attend. I've only gone up for the day but typically decent bands playing at night, although I haven't looked at the lineup this year. Don't miss the slacklining (in my opinion, the most entertaining thing to watch.) If you run, the Spring Runoff 10k is super fun and challenging (basically goes straight up the ski slopes.) Enjoy!
