Do you have a tried and true partner who you're loyal to and find its just not the same without? Maybe a circle of parnters? Or none and just head to the crag solo and make friends?

I have probably over 15 and I'm hardly ever climbing with the same person more than twice in a row. It's nice to have a variety of skills, personalities, and interests.

I have quite a few - some I've climbed with for decades and some for only a couple years. I will climb with strangers but like it better when I "know" I can trust them to be there for me. My wife and I have logged a lot of miles together and is my favorite partner until the going gets long, heavy, and hard.

You are talking about climbing? The longer you stick with it and especially the more active/intense you are - the more you will have. Seems kind of obvious.
