Long(er) term stay in Squamish

My climbing partner and I will be staying in Squamish for the last three weeks of July, plus or minus a few days or a week.

We'd love a roof over our head instead of camping, and were trying to get a feel of what would be available. Been checking some air bnb's, but any climbers know of a place or have a place that they would recommend.

Low cost is probably the biggest priority, as well as proximity to the climbing. Any ideas?

I've used VRBO to find a place to stay from Vancouver to North Conway. I try for the cheapest place on the list. I ask about a discount for longer stays.

I stayed in Vancouver for three weeks for $1050 using VRBO and $1000 for three weeks in North Conway.

I stayed in an apartment posted on Air BnB: "penthouse apartment with 360 views", and it was wonderful. The room was inexpensive and I stayed outside on the bed on the roof for a discount (though the host might not always offer this option). The host, Nathan, was really accommodating, friendly, and interesting. He gave us lots of climbing beta, down to gear choices for particular pitches. He knows the area really well. The view from the apartment is stunning, and it is really beautiful inside. The host may or may not be there when you are.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
