Can first 3 pitches of Regular Route Half Dome be fixed with a 60m rope

Can the first 3 pitches of Regular Route Half Dome be fixed with a 60m rope ? Or do you need a 70m?

From the belay below the bolt ladder (end of P3), it is ~90m to the ground.
