Intermediate skills- climbing partner. Trad, sport, multi

Hey MP'ers! I am looking for climbing partners explicitly for outdoor endeavors only. I lead sport routes anywhere from 6a to 7a currently and I want to keep expanding my resume of skills. I have multi pitch experience and a little trad but I'm looking for someone who wants to go out A LOT and work on getting better together. I would also fall happily under the wing of a jerk mentor (though the sweeter the better!)- whoever wants to climb with me, I'm down!
I would also consider climbing with someone who is newer to outdoor sport, though ideally I want someone I can learn from or someone who is at a similar level as me (intermediate in all senses of the word!) and down to figure out how to climb better and harder.

Im in Oakland, but really I am everywhere in the bay. Still live in my truck and only work a couple days a week. Thanks so much! I really hope we can get out there soon!
