I have a particular interest in the religious history of the American South and would really like to see/hear/experience these rural Hispanic folk religion rituals. Added bonus if I got to do some climbing in the same weekend. When do these shindigs usually occur?

They seem to bounce between Sand Rock and Griffin Falls. Wherever the spirit takes them I guess? Sunday morning is probably your best bet, although I'm pretty sure we ran across them at the Sun Wall at Sand Rock on a Saturday once.
