A friend and I are heading to the Boulder area in early May to do some climbing, and it seems that camping options are pretty limited, especially at this time of year.
Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas about where to camp around the Denver/Boulder area?
Thanks!

I "heard" you can camp in dream caynon, which is a neighboring caynon with access to boulder canyon. . And I also "heard" there biulding a climbing hostile somewhere in the boulder canyon area...im not really sure
Check out Colorado State Parks here: coloradostateparks.reservea… and be willing to be camped on the plains, you'll find some nice views at St. Vrain State Park.
Get the annual pass and you've already got Eldo covered. Off the grid is a trickier option, luck is involved or a benevolent foothills redneck.
Check out the Boulder Adventure Lodge ( facebook.com/adventurelodge). Just opened this year, they have camping and more traditional accommodations. The owner/proprietor Asa Firestone is a local climber and super chill dude. He'd be psyched to help with a place to stay and recommend some great routes/areas to check out as well!
