SO i know there are there those out there who suffer the "too short portaledge" syndrome. Any good answers? Yeah, curl, scrunch, live with it, etc. Partner and i each >6'3". just not that much fun on the old A5.

Hahaha!

I am 6'6"!!!

I have a runout customs portaledge which is the same size as the A5, and my feet hang over!

I just live with it, by the time I am at the bivy I am usually tired enough to not really notice! A couple times now, I have woken up to pee or somethen... And my feet are NUMB!! Like REALLY numb! Pretty weird feeling!

The metolious ledges and the BD ones are like 7' so that would fix the problem, but I don't think it's worth the weight...

I'm sure Luke @ ROC would make you a custom ledge if you really needed it

TNF A5 was the biggest single on the market.

BD not big enough?

I'm 6'4" and the BD works for me. I have a old style BD for solos and just deal with it.

I'm 6'4" and have a Fish Products single. My feet hang over the edge, but just barely.

Cheers,

Prod.
