Keep in mind when they use a bulldozer to get that thing off the road it will probably tip over. That means your project will probably be located on the surface of the boulder that is currently face down on the ground. Might require some cleaning.

The local climbers organization should buy it and have it relocated to a nearby park. Or maybe the parking lot of a climbing gym.
