I need an Aiding partner

This is going out to all competent aid climbers who are looking for a partner and are also willing to teach me the ropes. I just bought atriers, ascenders etc and am hungry to start learning but I am totally new to aiding. However, I have El Cap aspirations and realize that knowing how to aid properly will be a necessity. So whose with me?
