About 35 students and instructors will be at Potrillo (White Rock NM) on Saturday, April 4. If you don't like crowds, you might want to avoid.

I am going to go out there in a week or two, could you let me know it there are bolt anchors at the top of most routes? I will probably bring some webbing just in case but don't want to pack to much anchor gear if I don't have to.

Hey Ian, it's been a while since I've climbed at Potrillo but I recall there being bolt anchors on four (maybe five) routes. Even then, at least one set (maybe two) are set back from the edge so you'll want some long sections of webbing and/or static rope.

Thanks Jason, I will suck it up and bring the static cord than.

There were some bolts, Some TR's I used gear. I was fine with 30 feet webbing and some extender slings. I did take two 8 mil 30 foot static cords just in case but for what I was climbing they were not needed .

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
