Wide desert tower summits

I'm trying to find a desert tower summit to surprise my GF on. Here's the criteria for the route I'm looking for:

- 5.6-5.9 in difficulty, at least a few pitches
- Summit big enough for 4-8 people, and possibly a small collapsible table
- the closer to indian creek the better
- preferably not south six shooter

Anyone have any ideas of towers that fit the bill?

The Mace or Oak Creek Spire, Sedona, AZ

its not as close to the Creek as Castleton, but Independence Monument outside of Grand Junction fits the bill nicely (via Otto's route).
