theory of ARC phase?

I guess Ali's Bachelors degree in European History trumps my Masters Degree in Exercise Science. BTW I was not being condescending until now. Someone who thinks anaerobic is the same thing as Lactate threshold has some misconceptions on what they think they know.

Are you guys arguing about Anaerobic Threshold (AT) or Lactate Threshold (LT)?

Anaerobic threshold and lactate threshold are essentially the same thing. The term anaerobic is not the same thing as anaerobic threshold. Anaerobic is working with higher levels of lactic acid accumulating in the system that the body can not clear, you are going beyond the lactate threshold. Which would not be ARC ing, you would be working more on power endurance and in the anaerobic zone. ARC ing is working on improving Lactate Threshold. The term ARC ing is kind of dumb and is why so many people don't understand it or know how to train it properly.

Fixed that for you
