Soft or Sandbagged by Location

Would be fantastic to see a grade comparison by location based on grade consensus data. Seems like this could be fairly simple, an average of how different (above or below) the consensus is vs the actual grade, maybe with some sort of meter visually displaying how soft or sandbagged the area is or an average above/below grade and possibly some kind of comparison page.

Thoughts? Does this kind of thing exist anywhere else?

One thing that complicates this is that people from different areas are used to different types of routes. A 5.11 overhanging jug haul might feel like 5.13 to someone who otherwise feels confident on 5.11 slab and vice versa. It's a different technique and physical skill set.

Just a thought when people talk about eastern and western climbing locations.
