Hey, Can anyone recommend a great guide service for a day of sport/TR at Rumney?

Jim Shimberg, Rhinoguides.com.

Matt Ritter, walkaboutmountainguides.com

I know both of them and either one is a great choice.

Jim shimburg would be a great guy to take you there. He's got a long history at rumney, had a lot to do with its development and knows it better than almost anyone.

I would second the suggestion of Jim Shimberg or Matthew Ritter. Both quality guys and will give you a great day out!

We have some great guides who operate at Rumney. I don't know them all well personally, but I would certainly vouch for Jim Shimberg of Rhinoguides, and Art Mooney and Erik of Mooney Mountain Guides. Knowing Art, I am sure the others working with him would be crackerjack.

I'll do it! I charge a 6 pack for half day and a 12 for full day.

Many great guides around but Shim is terrific. Super nice guy. You would have an outstanding day with him. I will throw vote in for Alex from MMG if Jim isn't available.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
