I have been climbing for about 5 years now and I'm looking to step up my training. I currently lead and follow low 12's. I would like to begin a training regimen to work on endurance and I'm aiming at climbing some higher 12's or 13's this year. I'm looking for anyone who has a flexible schedule and is willing to train in the gym a couple times a week and outdoors on the weekends. It does not matter if you climb the same grade. If it sounds like something you're interested in, please let me know -must be dedicated and willing to invest 3+ hour sessions 2-4 days a week.
