I'm looking for a 25-30L pack that fits a 22" torso. I've noticed that most of the smaller packs only come in one size. That one size fits all usually says 17-19.It seems that once the pack gets to 35L and above then the maker offers two sizes, 16-18 and 19-21. I've been thinking Cilogear 30. a friend told me the straps are uncomfortable and should be wider. CCW only has one size. BD would be nice but.. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I've searched here and googled but came up empty

Email CCW, I'm 99.99% certain they are willing to modify it to what you'd like.

Thanks guys! I really like their smallest pack. Very minimum on the outside.

Here's another vote for CCW. I had Randy do a slightly modified Ozone for me a few months back, and I'm psyched on it. Exactly what I wanted, trim, bomb proof, not a stitch out of place, and he got the order out even faster than expected.

The Cilo 30 is at least two inches shorter than the CCW Valdez in its standard size. The CCW Valdez is ballpark height of the Cilo 30:30, maybe a little shorter.

My bad Scott, I meant suit jacket size. I'm a 50 long so I think the pack straps need to be pretty long.

Cant say better things about Randy and CCW. He will do custom mods and is always very reasonable in pricing. I own three CCW packs. Ozone - no mods - summer go to pack for cragging, one day climbs and even hiking Chernobyl - no mods - for couple day alpine routes or cold day trips needing lots of gear Valdez - most recent purchase with a few different mods. Best day ice cragging pack ever!
