Lost yellow chalk bag trail to black velvet

Lost my chalk bag, more than that, my wedding ring was in the zipper pouch. Yellow and grey. Left last Saturday night. Please let me know if you found it. You can keep the chalk😉

My partner and I noticed it in the parking lot on our hike in on Sunday morning. We figured it had fallen out of a pack on someone's approach. I can't say what happened after that. Wasn't really looking for it on our hike out.

Andy, thanks for the update, at least I know it is there. If you know anyone heading out there, please let them know to pick it up. I still haven't told the wife I lost the ring!

Have you tried calling any of the local gear shops to see if anyone turned it in there or over at the entrance to the park? It's where I normally turn stuff in when I pick it up.

Hiked into Black Velvet towards Frogland today and didn't see a yellow chalk bag. Not sure if you lost it along that stretch but still... good luck sir.
