It's been a while since the last post, but I just moved in to East Bay too and I was looking for some drytooling potential. Please let me know if you know of any existing or potential drytooling craigs.

There is some choss crag with a bunch of garbage in Berkeley. I can't remember the name but it is up on a hill, has a great view of SF and a lot of garbage. There is a pretty cool short TR with a few variations that is fun.
For the best pump go over to golden gate wall. Put on your rock shoes and traverse the wall up and down with tools in hand. Gives a very nice pump and you can make it easier or harder.
