Top-rope in McDowell Mountains - Phoenix, AZ

I'm looking for a route in the Phoenix area (preferably McDowell Mountains) that can be scrambled/hiked to set a top-rope. I have a couple years of experience climbing in the gym, and hours on the rock. I am not confident in my ability to lead climb yet though.

My climbing buddy who usually leads is out of town this weekend. I don't want to have to cancel my climbing plans just because he can't be there.

Thanks for your help!

Thanks guys!

I was thinking Cactus Flower if I couldn't find anything in McDowell. I was out on Y-Crack the other day and the Sheriff's Dept had taken over Cactus Flower. Looked like they were having a good time.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
