Potrero Chico to El Salto next week

I'll be in Potrero Chico for all of next week with a few friends. A couple of us are definitely interested in checking out El Salto for at least one of the days.

Anyone know what the road is like out there? We'll have a subaru and would take it if the roads are mellow, but are trying to avoid a high consequence flat tire.

Regardless, if anyone is siked to check out the steeps next week from EPC, let me know and we can try to make something happen. Willing to pitch for gas/beer/food and belay!

My friends made that drive in a Prius over new years. Lots of altitude change, no high clearance required. I'm planning to be in EPC Fri-Sun, hoping for sun!

El salto is so sick. High clearance unnecessary just make sure you have tread on your tires as the road is extremely muddy. I would recommend at least 2 days as you are gonna fall in love.
