~ Urgent - Arcteryx Beta AR attracts Dirt / Dust - Help!

hey everyone, first time post but long time lurker!

I wanted to share my experience with my Arcteryx Beta AR shell.
I just purchased this shell and wore it today. Just by going to my local mall and back, I noticed lots of dirt / dust buildup, looks kind of like that winter dirty car look..

I'm not sure why there is so much dirt and dust, none of my other jackets seem so dirty from just by going to the mall and back..

It looks like that odd jacket left on the store shelf for too long look..

Can anyone assist with my dilemma?

maybe gore tex is so hydrophobic that the water (and particles) dry on the outside and look like shiz??? I know my arc'teryx jacket looks like junk sometime, but after a wet session of ice climbing, it cleans up better than any other piece of gear I own.

Maybe it only responds to being in extreme conditions and the mall didn't cut it:) I have never noticed anything like that with my jackets.
