Climbing/ Skiing in Northern Italy

Hey there,
So I'll be flying into Milan on March 11 and will have until the 15th when I head to Germany for business.
Anyone in the area interested in skiing some backcountry in the Gran Paradiso? Or alpine climbing? I'd even be up for heading down to Finale Ligure for some sport climbing.

I'll have a car and whatever gear is necessary, someone come out!
