CU Belay Glasses & David Roetzel in Gypsum, CO - whereabouts?
|
Hey everyone...do you know why David may not be shipping belay glasses or replying to emails & phone calls even though my credit card was charged for belay glasses I ordered weeks ago? I live in Colorado and he ships from Colorado, so whatup? Hope he didn't have an accident or something...just seems weird since I successfully ordered some glasses from his site years ago. Just thought someone might know him. In any case, I wouldn't place an order if I were you...until he resurfaces, that is. |

I've heard that he has a very small operation and only produces a little at at time so it will probably just take awhile sometimes. I wouldn't worry about it. |

My experience ordering CU glasses from him a couple years ago was slow and drawn out so this sounds like normal operations to me. I get the impression he reps for many different companies and is quite busy. |

I had a great experience ordering from CU Belay glasses. In my opinion, these are the best belay glasses available. They have the most ergonomic design (user friendly) of all the belay glasses I have seen. The flexible metal frame is very durable and the storage box helps to keep the prisms pristine. |

He did email me saying there would be a delay and also said he would let me know when they shipped, but no word for several weeks now. Edit: just got a message---shipments delayed. So not to worry. |
