Indian Springs in winter

How is Indian Springs (I-80 near Donner) this time of year? I drove by there last week and it seemed like it was pretty warm and dry.

I've climbed there a couple times in late fall/early spring. If its a warm day its doable. Lack of sun or it being windy are the bigger factors than temps in my opinion.
